Almond Strawberry Pikelets

- 3-4 frozen strawberries, defrosted and mashed
 - three heaped tablespoons of lentil flour
 - two heaped tablespoons of almond meal
 - 1 heaped tablespoon of psyllium husk
 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
 - a little water
 
Mix all together and add water to a firm batter. Put spoonfulls of batter in a flat non stick frypan and cook until golden. Enjoy.
